haha you call food “left-overs” when you have food left from the day before

Srs?

“Leftovers” are food that wasn’t finished at a previous meal and was saved, or more fittingly left over, and then eaten or finished at a another meal or on another day.

Chicken w. peppers and onions, potatoes and broccoli. Simple but, hits the spot.

Dinner from last night

Rice
Veggies
Steak the size of an infant

Steak was at least as thick as 2 decks of cards. About halfway through it stopped being delicious and started being a chore.[/quote]

Nice work.

The chewiness and chore feeling of red meat kills me.

Eating large amounts of chicken and salmon is so much easier/enjoyable to me.

Seems like every time I’ve posted a pic (minus the OP) it’s always of a cheat meal. Figured I’d throw up pic of my typical bulking meal.

3 BBQ’ed lamb shoulder chops

1.5 sweet potato baked in 3-4 TBSPs of coconut oil

2-4 raw veggies of whatever’s in the fridge - in this case baby spinach, baby bok choy, carrots and tomato

Apple Cider Vinagre for dressing

Catsup for dipping

Fitday has this meal roughly at 1700 kcals. My biggest meal of the day

Time to get a new table bro…

eating this now, it’s awesome. (don’t usually eat potatoes but I needed a calorie boost and i’m sick of whole wheat pasta)
