Volumized Pizza, Summer Version

Tortino pizza with added pepperoni, 2 chicken breasts and real bacon bits.

1750 calories
119g protein
97g fat
70g carbs

This is the summer version because i used chicken instead of an lb of ground beef. I didn’t count the cheese towards my macro total.
Looks awesome fella, i can assume your on a bulk, am cutting atbthe moment and that one meal would only leave me around 750kcals and 80g protein left to get for the day, but the carbs would be over my allowance ha ha ha.
I aint jealous though, not one bit!!!

Haha nah man, i’m recomping right now actually. Just cutting up what i already have, I’ll probably eat some veggies and lean cuts of meat the rest of the day. I just like pigging out before i lift.

Though, with this Surge Workout Fuel…I’ve been getting leaner while getting stronger and gaining a couple pounds. I’m assuming it’s the more intense workouts it allows me to do.

Lunch- 8-ish oz salmon, 1/2 cup [pre cooked] rice and two bigass handfuls of frozen broccoli. Works out to about 800-ish calories.
Same exact lunch as me today, except my salmon is canned.
How does canned salmon compare to fresh salmon? I really enjoy the taste of salmon, but even though I get killer deals on it it still gets a bit pricey [about $8/lb]. Do you enjoy the taste of the canned stuff or do you do it just to meet “requirements”?
fishy double shot of salmon juice, not horrible.
Pics for fun.
that is a 1/3rd cup measure full of salmon juice. fishy goodness. And i took out the vertebrae just to show you all.

I’m making these tomorrow night, what recipe do you use?

I’ve honestly never followed a recipe for anything. I can tell you that I used Tilapia here though, for the firmer texture. Flounder works well, as does mahi
and tuna steak. Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce is crucial as well.

On honeymoon so was not giving a damn about what I ate

I added canned salmon to my diet after reading this, and its an easy addition to add some lean protein.

Since adding this im at about 200lbs without noticeable fat gain. Yes, i also drink the salmon juice lol.

By the way, this meal contains MSG, canola AND soybean oil (omega-6s - better watch out), and 9 grams of sugar, which means that if I keep this up, I run the risk of croaking from coronary artery disease.
OMG nooooo. Don’t you know MSG is an exitotoxin? You’re gonna die soon. Hurry, get to a hospital. Wait, you’re prolly already at one.
It’s funny how people always say stuff like that… i don’t understand your humor… MSG is an excitotoxin i meen i don’t what you’re trying to say

Thats exactly what they did in Bali…although when they tried to take the dome away I was like “dude, what are you doing???” - apparently the locals can’t eat it all! LOL
