… how many calories is the Xbox controller?
I hope their inst many, as I eat 12 a day.

You know what they say “an xbox controller a day will cause massive internal bleeding”

This has to be one of my favourite threads ever; it has given me so many ideas to make more interesting things than I have been having, thank you everyone.

Sorry for not posting any pics, I’ve lost the cable for my camera, bit of a shame as I have some photos on there I would like to share, such as my own home made version of the burger king pizza burger (I’m in UK where it’s not available). If I come across it I’ll chuck the pics up on here for you

Lunch- 8-ish oz salmon, 1/2 cup [pre cooked] rice and two bigass handfuls of frozen broccoli. Works out to about 800-ish calories.
Same exact lunch as me today, except my salmon is canned.
How does canned salmon compare to fresh salmon? I really enjoy the taste of salmon, but even though I get killer deals on it it still gets a bit pricey [about $8/lb]. Do you enjoy the taste of the canned stuff or do you do it just to meet “requirements”?
i have been eating a 7.5oz can of wild caught red salmon with a large sweet potato as my post workout meal everyday for the last month. Price wise, it is hard to beat. 2.29$ for nearly 8oz. Once you get used to eating the small amount of skin, the vertebrae column and the small bones inside, it is not bad. But i try to eat on the cheap as much as possible. That’s my justification.

Oh, i also drink the salmon juice from the can. I threw it away a couple times then noticed there was fat in there. fishy double shot of salmon juice, not horrible.

Volumized Pizza, Summer Version

Tortino pizza with added pepperoni, 2 chicken breasts and real bacon bits.

1750 calories
119g protein
97g fat
70g carbs

This is the summer version because i used chicken instead of an lb of ground beef. I didn’t count the cheese towards my macro total.
