I already squatted 3 weeks ago. It’s time I trained my deadlift. I’ll be back to squatting in 3 weeks.
Deadlifts: 7x5 @ 205
Pullups: 7x5 @ 160
Today was 8x5 @ 60 on the DB bench.
Deadlift: 8x4 @ 210.
Pullups: Didn’t do them because my hand callouses popped from deadlifting.
Academics is a bitch. I decided to repeat the cycle and eliminate pullups altogether to save my hands from annihilation. I did 6x6 @ 185 for deadlifts today.
I “abandoned” my Smolov Jr for sumo deadlifts. Apparently, my hips can’t take it. Now, I’m doing Smolov Squats and Smolov Jr Bench simultaneously. I’m upping my supplements and adding stimulants to the mix to help me cope with the volume.
A. Squats, 4x9 @ 160
B. Bench Press, 6x6 @ 125
Hmm… what happned?
Had an injury. Had to stop on week 2. New squat max is 245 lbs. Did not test bench.
Hello again. I’m once again logging. I’m currently doing Smolov Jr. again, but this time, I’m front squatting. This week:
M: 6x6 @ 135 lbs.
W: 7x5 @ 145
F: 8x4 @ 155
I’ll be squatting 10x3 @ 165 tomorrow.
