25 reps: deadlift 149 kg, db floor press 33 kg, overhead squat holding a 10 kg plate

25 reps: fingertip pullup + 6 kg, clean-grip snatch 43 kg, pistol

25 reps: hack squat 133 kg, overhead squat 29 kg, military press 53 kg.

25 reps: deadlift 151 kg, overhead squat 10 kg plate, db floor press 33 kg.

25 reps: fingertip pullup + 6 kg, clean-grip power snatch 45 kg, pistol.

Felt like I need a change, started CW’s MRT program today. Not a huge change, just gets away from lifting heavy all the time.

Heavy day. 15 reps of: hack squat 139 kg, press 55 kg, overhead squat 33 kg.

Took a couple of days off, let’s try starting MRT again. Also decided to rearrange the exercises somewhat.

Strength day. 15 reps of: hack squat 139 kg, fingertip pullup 8 kg, db floor press 33 kg.

Weight: 86,5 kg. So I’ve lost a bit of weight during my vacation.

Hypertrophy day. 30 reps: deadlift 129 kg, weighted pushup w/20 kg plate. Was gonna do another pair of exercises but I was feeling too weak and nauseous even before the last set of deadlifts and it’s not going away… I think the meat I had for dinner was no good. That would suck as I’ve still got leftovers for 2-3 meals.

What program are you doing?

Eventually felt better, decided to finish the workout. 30 reps: clean-grip snatch 39 kg, cheat curl 39 kg.

Endurance day - which I already hate! 50 reps of: front lunge 39 kg, single-leg deadlift 32 kg, military press 35 kg, db row 32 kg (that was a little too light).

15 reps of: hack squat 141 kg, fingertip pullup 8 kg, db floor press 33 kg.

Weight: 87,5 kg.

30 reps of: deadlift 129 kg, db military press 22 kg. Was gonna do snatches and power curls but my bruised left forearm didn’t like those so I finished off with jump lunges instead.

50 reps: Zercher squat 49 kg (pathetic but I’m learning), single-leg deadlift 32 kg, bentover row 49 kg, weighted pushup 10 kg.

15 reps: hack squat 141 kg, pullup 8 kg, db floor press 33 kg.

Back after a business trip to Sweden. Did some bodyweight stuff in the hotel room just to let my muscles know I still like them and want them to stick around.

Today back to MRT. 15 reps: hack squat 139 kg (no belt), pullup 8 kg, db floor press 34 kg.

30 reps of: deadlift 129 kg, db press 24 kg, reverse-grip row 69 kg, jump lunge.

50 reps: Zercher squat 49 kg (get to increase weight next time), single-leg good morning 10 kg, pushup with feet elevated ~1 meter

Back to CW’s 25 program.

Weight: 88,5 kg.

25 reps: hack squat 143 kg, db floor press 34 kg, bentover row 89 kg.

25 reps: deadlift 151 kg, db press 26 kg, overhead squat 29 kg supersetted with strict curl 29 kg.
