6x3, 2x2: pullup 24 kg
3x12: db floor press 42 kg

Form on front squats has been getting lousy, to be honest, so I concentrated on trying to keep it solid, ended up having to give up a few reps because of that.

1x11, 1x9, 1x7: front squat 109 kg
2x10, 1x9: behind the neck press 49 kg
3x12: pullup

3x5: front squat 119 kg
3x11: db clean and press 23 kg
3x9: hammer curl 23 kg

2x6: deadlift 189 kg
1x4: deadlift 209 kg
6x3, 2x2: pullup 24 kg
3x12: db floor press 42 kg

1x12: front squat 89 kg
2x10: front squat 99 kg
3x10: behind the neck press 49 kg
3x12: pullup

1x4, 2x5: front squat 119 kg
3x12: db clean and press 23 kg
