New Training log for the Summer of '09.
WHO?
19 year old college student
GOALS?
Reach 10% body fat by September 1… I am now at 20%
Set new PR in squat of 550…presently at 500
Set new PR in Deadlift of 500…presently at 440
Military Press of 225…Now at 185
I am aiming at maximizing my athleticism. Like I stated earlier, I am not shooting to be at a certain weight, simply a certain body fat percentage.
HOW?
I will be using implementing olympic lifting, powerlifting, and basic bodybuilding principles
My split will be:
Legs Pull, Back, Shoulders, OFF, Legs Push, Lats, Chest
So it’s a basic routine. I will only do ten total work sets at most. I go heavy, for no more than six reps on most lifts. I train for strength
