Slim’s 5/3/1 Log

Hey everyone! Pleasantly surprised to see a bunch of 5/3/1 logs, so I figured I’d add mine. I’m 43, going on 44. No real specific goals, just trying to get/stay strong and in shape. I’m a fan of First set last, and Tactical Barbell Conditioning. I just started the second week of my current cycle. Thanks for checking in!

It works pretty good. I lift Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. My conditioning sessions are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Two high intensity sessions and one steady state session. :+1:
