The following works for me:
-Taking a 30+ minute walk during the day will help me sleep better…
-Sleep in a PITCH black room - use blackout drapes, or even an eye-mask if you need to…
-If you’re in bed and notice that you’re having trouble falling asleep…stop trying for a bit. Get up, read, have a wank, etc. Give it another go in 30 mins.
-If all else fails, Zopiclone 7.5mg. I’ve tried a bunch of sleeping pills and find this one by far the best. You feel great the next day, the only unusual side effect is that you get a metallic taste in your mouth for a few hours (?)
I’d try ZMA if you haven’t already. It can make you tired, not always for me, but more importantly it makes the sleep you do count more. You’ll feel more well rested with the same amount of sleep.

Bahaha, I still got that flip phone baby! I was actually talking about an iTouch, which I have cause I got shitloads of music and shiny flashing things do attract me.
