Sleep Issues on Sustanon 250

I’m a 21 years old college student running 375mg sustanon 250 a week. I live a very active lifestyle but do not watch my diet as well as I should. I wake up every day at 5:00 am but I have trouble falling asleep at night no matter what I do to help. Any recommendations?

Sleep is too complicated of an issue to blame it on testosterone. It can be that, it can be diet, it can be stress, it can be fatigue, it can be cardio, it can be breathing, it can be 300 things.
Most of my life i havent slept too well and i have spent months or maybe even years studying that problem, and trying everything there is. Sometimes something works once, then doesnt. Sometimes it doesnt work at all, etc. I have just given up on this issue.

I know that certain foods make me sleep worse, and i know that doing more cardio makes it better. But i still get some shitty nights, some better nights, some average ones.

If it’s a persistent issue to fall asleep and you wake up at night around 3 am often, then I suspect it’s sympathetic over activity.

Training too intense too often does that for example. Another option is too much cumulative stress.

From your description alone no one can tell. Hank is absolutely right that testosterone is likely not the issue here, though it could be. I think other stuff is more likely.

Common if using gear

Working out at night can also do that

Hence why I never liked exercising after 7pm unless I couldn’t sleep. Was known to drive off for a 3am gym sesh.

Would something like a beta blocker be an answer to that? Or would you just have to suffer through it?

It would reduce the physical symptoms of over working the sympathetic nervous system. I am not sure it would do much for mental effects from hard training though? I can feel mentally wired after hard training. I was trying propranolol for a bit, and it didn’t seem to help with anything anxiety related in the head. It would stop physical anxiety symptoms though.

I am not sure. I never used more than like 5 mg.
