Okok. But what do u think of me adding some cardio, or will that fukk things up? I like to train for 4 days, so it will be man(lifting)-tue(lifting)-wed(off)-thur(lifting)-fri(cardio, 20/30min).
The lifting days will contain the Novice Fierce 5 program. I am adding cardio to remove some of my stomachfat.
Your typing in broken English. So Iām going to assume there is a language barrier. And thatās why your not reading the info people are sending you or even off of the website advertising the work out you want to try. But honestly dude. You got to start.
No program will have you doing full body on back to back days. If it does - Iād want a good reason why.
So just like 90% of the programs people have suggested:
Train-rest-train-rest-train-rest-rest
Repeat.
A bit of cardio is not going to hurt but likewise donāt spend 20 mins just plodding away on a rower/bike/treadmill. Try a 30 Second sprint followed by 1:30 gental for 10 reps. Itās harder than youād think.
Only you can answer this after experimenting with the program for awhile. If you are going for the intermediate programs than you must also approach it from an intermediates point of view. They usually have a better understanding of their body in relation to training, they know when to push and when to settle down and most importantly, they know about these things before its too late.
I personally donāt like the look of this āprogramā. For example Upper B looks like something I would expel after too many tequila shotsā¦
Is it just me or is this a seriously odd order and group of movements?
I think it looks more basic which Iām always up for. Iām a pretty simple guy. Keep in mind, I wasnāt implying or suggesting that you should change your program just on my statement. If you were enjoying and progressing on the intermediate program than by all means continue. Just be mindful of the affects it has on your body and recovery.
Do you understand what āsupersetā means though?
But when training that program, is it necessary to be on a bulk, or? I have allready enough bellyfat as it is, so a bulk will just fukk things even more.
All you do is ask the same question to different people hoping for a new answer. youāve shown no evidence that you actually go to the gym or that you have even tried any of the advice given before trying something new.
People with years in the gym have spent time to answer your questions only to have you refute their answers or list a bunch of pre-designed programs by people that have a shitty reputation in the industry.
