Skinnyfat. What's the Solution?

Okok. But what do u think of me adding some cardio, or will that fukk things up? I like to train for 4 days, so it will be man(lifting)-tue(lifting)-wed(off)-thur(lifting)-fri(cardio, 20/30min).

The lifting days will contain the Novice Fierce 5 program. I am adding cardio to remove some of my stomachfat.

Your typing in broken English. So I’m going to assume there is a language barrier. And that’s why your not reading the info people are sending you or even off of the website advertising the work out you want to try. But honestly dude. You got to start.

No program will have you doing full body on back to back days. If it does - I’d want a good reason why.
So just like 90% of the programs people have suggested:
Train-rest-train-rest-train-rest-rest
Repeat.

A bit of cardio is not going to hurt but likewise don’t spend 20 mins just plodding away on a rower/bike/treadmill. Try a 30 Second sprint followed by 1:30 gental for 10 reps. It’s harder than you’d think.

Only you can answer this after experimenting with the program for awhile. If you are going for the intermediate programs than you must also approach it from an intermediates point of view. They usually have a better understanding of their body in relation to training, they know when to push and when to settle down and most importantly, they know about these things before its too late.

I personally don’t like the look of this ā€˜program’. For example Upper B looks like something I would expel after too many tequila shots…

Is it just me or is this a seriously odd order and group of movements?

What u think about the novice Routine from fierce 5?

Workout A

Squat 3Ɨ5
Bench 3Ɨ5
Triceps press downs 2Ɨ10 Superset
Pendlay Rows 3Ɨ8
Face Pulls 3Ɨ10
Calf raises 2Ɨ15
Triceps press downs 2Ɨ10 Superset

Workout B

Front Squat 3Ɨ5
Romanian Deadlift 3Ɨ8
Overhead Press 3Ɨ5
Ab work 2Ɨ15/Curls 2Ɨ10 Superset( applicable to any kind of ab work)
Lat Pulldowns 3Ɨ8

U will add 5lbs and 10 lbs per week to the upper and lower body lifts respectively.

Looks like a bunch of random stuff thrown together.

I think it looks more basic which I’m always up for. I’m a pretty simple guy. Keep in mind, I wasn’t implying or suggesting that you should change your program just on my statement. If you were enjoying and progressing on the intermediate program than by all means continue. Just be mindful of the affects it has on your body and recovery.

Do you understand what ā€˜superset’ means though?

This is good.

Should i add cardio, while training the program? I dont like training just 3 days, which u have to do with that program.

I am thinking about, 3 times a week(lifting), 1 time a week(HIIT-Cardio).

But when training that program, is it necessary to be on a bulk, or? I have allready enough bellyfat as it is, so a bulk will just fukk things even more.

why is anyone still wasting their time on this kid? It’s like talking to a brick wall.

is english your first language?

No, i am from Europe

All you do is ask the same question to different people hoping for a new answer. you’ve shown no evidence that you actually go to the gym or that you have even tried any of the advice given before trying something new.

People with years in the gym have spent time to answer your questions only to have you refute their answers or list a bunch of pre-designed programs by people that have a shitty reputation in the industry.

Ok.

So leave this thread then.

Bye.

I’m not anymore. Tried my best - failed and he was an arse!

Tried ur best? lol

Bye dude.

you can do cardio with any program
you can bulk/cut with (almost any) program.

You’re just whittling away all the guys that could have helped you.

I rarely get to interact with a troll of your caliber. Its rather amusing.

Do you seriously think people who have actually accomplished something in the gym are using their time to give you shitty advice?
