Judging from your photos, bulking in your current state, probably not such a good idea, you need to focus on cutting the fat from your frame.

Not Such a good idea? Sounds like the best idea ever.
If you actually train, and train hard, then you can and should be eating mountains of lean meat every day and still be able to get leaner even if you’re taking in 600+ Grams of protein a day. Eat mountains of fruits and veggies as well.
Tailor your Carbohydrate intake to how active you are that day. I believe this is the basic idea behind carb cycling. If you’re squatting or deadlifting, then wolf down the carbs. If you’re not training at all that day, then there’s not really any need to take in more than 100 Grams of carbs, if that.
You don’t have to get fat in order to get jacked. You MUST eat a massive amount of food and often force feed yourself in order to get jacked.
While eating lots of good food, and eating frequently is important, it is also important that you get plenty of sleep. No more late night World of Warcraft sessions for you.
And not being a pussy is of the utmost importance in the gym. You need to do the hard, heavy exercises your skinny friends aren’t doing. That means Heavy Squats, Heavy Deadlifts, Heavy Rows, and Heavy Military Presses. I probably don’t need to tell you to Bench.
You may own sleeveless shirts, but if here are the rules governing them that I just made up:
At your current level you have 11 inch arms. If I saw you with a wife-beater on and BB.com shorts, I’d assume you were an indie-rock fan who was trying to be ironic. So right now it’s ok that you’re wearing a sleeveless shirt, because it’s slightly hilarious and clearly not meant to be an attempt to show off anything.
Once your arms go up to 13 inches, you fall into the category of looking pathetic. At this point, it would be best for you to not wear a sans-sleeve shirt outside of your home until you have at least 17’ arms.
What does everyone think of the rules?
