Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has some useful advice regarding skin health. I know its a minor issue in terms of training, but I’d really like some help on this topic, specifically supplementing for skin health, and skin routines when show prepping. Thanks guys.
I don’t think skin has ever been discussed as much as in this thread:
if we’re talking in general (no serious problems), i found that eating lots of green veg and finishing puberty really helps
