Skin Feels Sensitive/Burning Sensation. Linked to Cycle?

For about a week now I have an overall sensitive feeling over my whole body, its difficult to describe but if i run my hand across my back or chest I get a weird hot./ burning after sensation in that area.

IT happens in other areas too such as my chest or arms, there is no redness or marks, the only thing I have done differently lately is up my TRT dosage from 100mg to 250mg per week, I front loaded with 500mg the first week and i’ve introduced a low dose AI 0.1mg x 2 per week.

Anyone ever experienced skin sensitivity due to Test?

I cant think of anything else, the only other thing is, I am currently in Thailand and been sleeping with an osolating fan blowing on me during the night when I sleep, not sure if this could cause strange sensations.

Google says the worst case possible that I have MS so id rather find a more plausible cause before I panic lol

When my HCT gets too high I get a tingly feeling, kinda weird sensation and skin is red for a bit after touching it. Feel warmer, headache.

Any of that? Have you checked that lately?

I checked it 1 week before I upped my dosage and it was 43.3%, but I will go get it checked tomorrow, test are cheap here so worth a shot! Thanks!
