Hey all. Hoping you all can help here. This started up a month ago. Have been on hrt for 3 years no symptoms.
Protocol 180mg cypionate split 2x week, 5mg tadalafil daily, 1 grain desiccated thyroid, 1200mg nac, 5000 iu D3, 50 mg zinc, 250 HCG m/w/f
I’m getting a prickly, tingly, painful feeling when I start to sweat. The feeling starts on my head, which is where I first start sweating, then spreads down to my chest and back. Anybody else experience this?
It happens whenever I’m doing anything that starts to work up a sweat. It’s been going on for a few weeks. The pain isn’t terrible, but bad enough that I get a little nervous before a workout. Recently it started itching too. If I push through for 8 minutes it subsides.
My most recent blood work attached from December. HCT and bloods was high so inDonated, reduced dosage to 150 mg m/w/f, started naringin and daily 30 min cardio plus 1 gallon water.
Hasn’t helped a ton though these changes have only been going on for about 2 weeks so know it takes time.
I’m open to suggestions.
Your low MCH indicates your red blood cells contain less hemoglobin than normal and could be the beginning of iron deficiency. When/if that happens the RDW will increase and MCHC and MCV will decline.
You need to check ferritin and iron saturation. You can be iron deficient with normal hemoglobin levels, been there myself with anemia and without, symptoms were the same.
I donated a unit of whole blood on the 11th. Would you wait knowing that can drive down ferritin temporarily?
You should be checking CBC no sooner than 5 days after a donation. If you’re iron deficient and donating blood, the situation isn’t going to get better by itself.
Ive been experiencing this since I started TRT over 2 yrs ago. Its an extreme dilation of the pores when blood starts to reach the furthest parts of the derma as it stretches when you get a pump. It comes and goes. People blame HCT because its been reported by mostly inactive guys that feel discomfort when TRT speeds up the growth process. Some people tend to avoid any feeling of discomfort from a young age, myself included. When you work out, your skin will stretch a lot slower than your muscle growth. So the itch tends to come from skin that is stretching at a slower pace than muscle. Hope this helps you understand what you’re putting your body through when you take T, workout and grow. It can happen at any stage of growth.
