I feel like my HPTA is back on track? I’m gaining weight after dropping 10 lbs when I stopped T. I’m guessing water weight from estrogen. And guessing the estrogen is from my natural T. I’ve been eating clean and working out pretty hard with cardio. So don’t think it’s fat. I get labs next week, so I’ll know where I’m at.

I (am expecting to) get my weighted vest tomorrow. I can’t wait! It’s only been a month and a half of waiting for it. Bastards gave me a delivery window of 6am - 6pm and I’m expected to be home. Whatever, people!

I didn’t feel like doing shit today, the previous workouts beat me down. But, I took some pre-workout and had an awesome workout today. However, it’s worn off and I’m back to hurting.

Looks like my hpta restart was successful. I tested at 400 T, 25.5 E, LH 3.6 was almost midrange, but fsh 2.5 was bottom of range. I am hoping with proper rest and time it will increase more.

@unicornsandrainbows my weight vest was just delivered. Only took 1.5 months to get here.

I have started a cut. 228lbs this morning before “unload”. That is down from 241lbs first week of January. Back in 2019 when I was cut, I was at 217 (using clen and ephedrine/caffeine). So my idea is 10 more pounds to go. I’m sure this time I’ll be burning muscle more since I don’t have any good vitamins in me. I’ve been wanting to get another dexa, but probably should wait another month.

So, since the last update…. Pink eye in both eyes. Some sort of illness that had my throat hurting, and sinus drainage. Both kids and my ex had streptococcus. Somehow I managed not to get it. The first weighted vest walk kicked my f’ing ass! That shit gets heavy real quick. Traps hurt for days after that.

It will, it’s a pain to put those weights in the slots. So now I can leave one at 150 and the other at 50lbs.

Been a little lazy, didn’t workout Saturday nor Sunday. But, I ate clean.

On the dip machine, I used to be able to push 270lbs down by balancing on the handles. Which told me I really wasn’t pressing 270. But after loosing some lbs, I now stay in the air when balancing.

I’ve been feeling good though, weight in the 220’s. Losing fat. I can see ripples in my lower back. I don’t recall seeing that before. My diet is usually pretty good.

@theinneroh are you still lifting? Im starting invisalign soon and wanted to ask you for tips. I foresee difficulty eating enough given the added PITA …

I’m still lifting, just not as much. I started kickboxing and mma classes. The lifting causes me to be to sore to throw kicks and punches. So I only lift Sun, Mon, Tues. Maybe easy on Wednesday, but I need to be recovered by Saturday.

Invisalign is great. You will notice everyone else with jacked up teeth once yours are straightened. It is a PITA. You wear them 24hours a day. So, plan your meals because you have to floss and brush every time you eat or drink. The trays will get nasty after the 2nd week. So try to keep them clean. I would start brushing them after the first week. Make sure you wear them 23+ hours a day. If you don’t, your treatment will take longer. The discomfort is only for a few days after you start a new tray.

People complement me on my straight teeth sometimes. I never noticed them being crooked before.

Gotcha, thanks for replying! Yeah planning meals and spending so little time eating or drinking sounds like its going to suck. But worth it hopefully, my lower jaw is really crowded.
