Well, this makes three weeks sober. One week at a time right? I’ve been able to do the workouts, but recovery has been sucking. Mainly because I usually only sleep 5-6 hours a night and workout pretty freaking hard. Mix in all the conditioning I do at night, it isn’t the best for feeling refreshed. However, I just broke up with the conditioner, so I should get more rest in the near future. I get labs done this Friday, that will be about 4 weeks sober. Hoping my system starts back up soon. The Novo still hasn’t shown up, I expect it any day now. I’ve been taking hcg twice a week along with aromo 3 times a week to get me going. Thinking back on this, my psa levels increased immediately after starting this. I didn’t pay any attention to the difficulty peeing. Only after I put all my lab results on a sheet was I able to put things together. I started this with a PSA of 2.6. The original T dude told me that I wouldn’t be able to do this very long and told me that I had to stay at a lower dosage. I didn’t pay attention and left him for a more understanding Dr who didn’t monitor things.

Anyway, on a happier note, I got some new toys for the home gym! A Rogue Assault bike, Concept 2 rower, concept 2 Skierg, and rings that I need to hang in the garage…

Finally got my lab results. 30 days after last T shot, on hcg twice a week at .5cc, my TT 850. Pretty shocked at that. I was expecting 200ish.

Week two of Nolvadex. Feel good, just slower recovery. Happy with the pull-ups today, I did over 100 split in two sessions! Noticed definition in my mid lower back! Never noticed that before. Down 6 pounds in the last week. Eating pretty clean.

This has been a good day so far. I went to the gym after dropping off my boys. I wanted to use a particular machine that only one location has. No one was really at the gym at 8am. So I decide to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes to warm up. I’m watching the machine the whole time and no one goes near it. At 29 minutes and 30 seconds, this dude gets on it!!! I’m like F to the 10th degree. Okay, I can get on the pec fly, but a couple gets on that and they brought a lunch. So I go to the decline press and start, but praise GOD, this guy got on the machine, did what he needed to do, didn’t screw around on his phone, and left. This rarely happens.

Next, the 150lb weighted vest I ordered over the weekend still hadn’t shipped. So I checked Amazon to see if they had it back in stock, it had been out of stock for months. They have it!!! So, I was able to cancel the first order and order it from Amazon.

Next, I got one of my 100lb dumbbells delivered. The other one should arrive today as well. Seems dumb, but I have been dreaming of having 100’s at home!

Week 3 of Tamoxifen. I feel just fine. More tired, but I’ve also got a new friend and have been staying up late talking to her. I also managed to get a sinus infection. So last T shot was beginning of February. Then 3 weeks of HCG. Now 3rd week of tamoxifen. I’m trying to be patient before going to have labs done again. I just want to know where I am now. I’ll probably go next week.

Stopped the Tamoxifen just shy of 4 weeks. My eyes were twitching and I was cramping up. I’ve been going super hard and am totally fatigued. I need more sleep.

I’ve been waiting on my weighted vest for 3 weeks now. It’s been in Dallas over a week and still not delivered. What’s up with that?

I was on Levofloxacin for 3 weeks. I couldn’t finish it. Very nasty drug to be on. It destroys your muscles and tendons. Not really what WE want. Causes constipation, blurred vision, nerve damage, dizziness, etc. some things are irreversible. The muscle damage can take months to go away.

I was just walking around outside playing around and pulled a muscle in my calf. Known side effect. Glad to have stopped that crap.

Now I’m approaching 3 months off TRT. Things seem to be okay. The only thing I’m taking is daily 5mg of Cialis for bph. I have labs in a couple of weeks and I’m excited to see my numbers.
