Well, this makes three weeks sober. One week at a time right? I’ve been able to do the workouts, but recovery has been sucking. Mainly because I usually only sleep 5-6 hours a night and workout pretty freaking hard. Mix in all the conditioning I do at night, it isn’t the best for feeling refreshed. However, I just broke up with the conditioner, so I should get more rest in the near future. I get labs done this Friday, that will be about 4 weeks sober. Hoping my system starts back up soon. The Novo still hasn’t shown up, I expect it any day now. I’ve been taking hcg twice a week along with aromo 3 times a week to get me going. Thinking back on this, my psa levels increased immediately after starting this. I didn’t pay any attention to the difficulty peeing. Only after I put all my lab results on a sheet was I able to put things together. I started this with a PSA of 2.6. The original T dude told me that I wouldn’t be able to do this very long and told me that I had to stay at a lower dosage. I didn’t pay attention and left him for a more understanding Dr who didn’t monitor things.
Anyway, on a happier note, I got some new toys for the home gym! A Rogue Assault bike, Concept 2 rower, concept 2 Skierg, and rings that I need to hang in the garage…
