What kind of pose were trying to do? I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be a double-forearm pose like Arnold used to do, or if you’re trying to look like a teddy bear. And why were you still wearing a watch in that photo?

By the way 15 inch arms aren’t big on most people, my arms are 14.75(up from 11 a year ago) and I am 6’0 they are tiny, but if I woke up one day and was 5’5(god help me) they would look much bigger. What is so hard to grasp about that concept?

I was wearing a watch in the photo, because it was an impromptu photo (already stated), as for the pose, see the original thread, as for why I used that pic for my arms at 15 inches, even though I have belly fat…it’s simple, that is the only pic that I had that really showed any arm.
You did not really think I was going to run out and take a special picture just for you, did you. The crossed arm photo shows me a much lower BF% with arm (upper) only slightly smaller than the bulking pic. But you see, my arms are crossed. Kind of hard for the OP to see if I put up that one, dont you think. Any thing else I can help you out with.

I guarentee, if I changed up my profile to say I was 6’2" and 260+, but looked the exact same, you guys would be lining up to blow me. The 5’5" is just a cop out so you can say, “well, you really not that big”. Well no dumbass I will never be more than 5’5", but that does not change the proportions and size I have on the only frame I’ve got.

Hmm i gained 20lbs and havnt gained even 0.5" of an inch on my arms. And im the rippest lookin cat around, my arms aint small but whats good with the results… But arms not addin size like everything else wtf? Ne 1 kno I train my arms prety intense like everything else i train.

LOL!!! So you need a specific pose or a specific photo for your arms to look like they’re big? Some of the posters here, who are neither you nor I, don’t have that problem. I’m training and eating so I may join their ranks someday. You, on the other hand, seem happy with what you’re doing with your body right now.

Sorry but 170 isnt alot even at 5’6", especially if you are working your wheels. I’m 5’6 170 and got gained 10 pounds in the 2 months i have been working out and i know i’m ridiculously small. Squats and milk, wait til you get to 200 pounds before thinking you are big, sorry its just the truth.
