Six Pack or Not?

I had to stop bulking.

You’re plenty lean, now start eating. Your abs aren’t going to look much better than that until you put on some more lean mass.

what the fuck is going on here.

Caption should read:

How do I get my arms more toned?
Well, it’s kind of hard to tell from that picture. We really need to see you holding a shoe for a proper body fat scale assessment.

Ok. What exactly does that do? Taking a picture with a shoe? How does that measure proper body fat? Thanks.

It’s a joke. Some idiot in the past posted a picture of himself holding a shoe, asking people what they thought his bodyfat percentage was.

Yes, your abs are defined, yes, you were getting flamed, and no, this is not the place to post pics of yourself shirtless with a cocky grin. But since you’re here, listen to what people are saying. Your asparagus remind me of…well, my asparagus arms. Start reading, start eating and even chow down on a bit of humble pie – I’m sure it will make your next post much better received.

Geez. I guess this is my initiation. I should have read the intro on how to post in forums before I came on here. Mostly I spend my time on this site reading articles, not the forums. So basically what I’ve learned from the people trying to help out is that I need to eat more. A lot more. Thanks, because I guess I was eating a lot but obviously I need to eat more. Good lookin’ out.

Well, if you’re doing basketball for school or something then extra weight is gonna slow ya down obviously, but if it’s just a hobby then no worries. But, don’t worry, we all get flamed here on first pics :stuck_out_tongue: i posted mine, got flamed, i’m more toned now after wrestling season, but still scared to post an update :stuck_out_tongue:

Good luck with your routine though

I dont think too much weight is going to slow him down if hes getting stronger. If he turns into a lightbulb and gains 20 lbs on his upperbody only, then possibly. There are plenty of well built basketball players. Big guys can be athletic too.

Phil Heath played college ball.

You should be scared to use the word “toned” on this site…

“tone” does not exist unless you are talking about muscle tension.

Well, bulking is bad in wrestling, so i’m forced to “tone”, or cut :stuck_out_tongue: If that makes ya happier. All though my coach always put me up one weight class anyway

Bitch you made a mistake making this post.

Unforgivable.

(anyone else seen Unforgivable on YouTube?)

Personally, I think this is a very stupid post. If you can see all six abdominal muscles, then you have a six pack.

This is the most graceful, reasonable, intelligent reaction I’ve ever seen out of somebody who “posted the wrong thing.” Welcome.

I was a little perturbed the other day when I sent an abs picture to my brother the other day. I text messaged him a pic of my abs and asked him if he thought I had a six pack. He said no. I asked four girls before I asked him and they all said yes.
You don’t have a six pack.

In about ten years you’re going to realize that those four girls wanted to get down with you, and you’ll slap your head and cry for your stupidity.

Trust me, I’ve been there.

Man I think this might be the kind of thread that gets 500 replies over the next 2 years!

The OP handled the replies great though and deserves a lot of credit. He seems like a good guy.
