Hey bro, I’ll tell you a quick fix that always has had positive results for me.
What I’m about to tell you is something my physician passed along to me.
Here’s what you’ll need to make the mixture.
Bacitracin or any antibiotic cream
Cup of warm water
salt
Neti pot/ pouring device
Here are the directions.
Take the bacitracin tube and squeeze out about an inch worth of the cream onto the tip of the finger.
Pour about a tablespoon of salt into the warm water and stir.
Take the cream that was squeezed out onto the tip of the finger and place into the warm water.
Mix until cream is melted.
Be sure the salt and cream are evenly mixed.
Take a neti pot or anything that can be used to pour the created mixture into the nose.
As you can see, all your doing is making an antibiotic solution rinse to reach your sinus cavities
Doc says the antibiotic solution will reach the bacteria a whole lot faster that oral’s will
Perform as often as you would place the anitbiotic cream on a cut.
This has always worked for me as a quick fix.
Try it out and see what results you get.
