Single, Porn, and Sin

The .xxx domain debate got me thinking.

Let`s suppose a guy is single and legally adult, is in the mood to buy I-porn (Internet porn), and does so via the webcam site of a single woman, also legally adult. Neither of them is virgin.

Technically, since no ones cheating, its not adultery. Since the transaction is done from adult to adult, there should be no legal problems either (assuming the site is into sick/degrading stuff).

While it`s morally - without reference to a specific religion - and humanly questionable, is there something in The Book that could oppose this very specific context?

The first argument that comes to mind would be no sex before marriage. By that standard, both are already sinners. But I`m sure there are other things I forgot too.

Bro, I don’t know what you are trying to prove here, but morality is a condition of the heart and not external behavior. So lusting for a women in this manner would be the moral issue, not how it is done.
