Simple Plan for Getting Lean?

post exactly what you eat everyday (or average), with macros and total calories, your best lifts, and a pic without flexing. Maybe that will help us to understand. I’m serious.

good point. I’m out of this thread. I only use the training logs and BOI for precisely this reason. I’d use the T-Cell as well, but I’m not quite there yet! Thanks for wasting our time dude.

Trolling and all this is still one of the most insightful debates I’ve seen here in a long time. Hopefully this site is getting back to guys in the know actually making an effort to those who genuinely want to learn and absorb knowledge.
