What is the simpliest diet protocol for people on the road alot and hate counting calories?
The hand system is the easiest IMO. Each meal is:
Protein - 2 palm sized portions (meat, fish, eggs, etc)
Veggies/Fruit - 2 fists worth
Carbs - 1 cupped hand
Fats - 2 thumbs (butter, oils, nuts)
If you canāt tell what your meal is made of then find an alternative (or count it as a cheat).
