Simo - The Red Shoe Diaries Part 2.0

That’s 100% the logic I had in mind. If he would put those big, glorious calf muscles to use he might be able to figure it out.

Unfortunately they are big, but slow :rofl:

Ok end of week 1 and the doms are crazy. It’s Halloween night down here. Put the BBQ out the front around 4:30pm and spent 3 hours cooking sausages. Loads of cool costumes and lots of happy and polite children. Everyone was pleased to get a sausage instead of just lollies. We had plenty of people who remembered us from last year.
My back, legs and glutes are so sore from standing up for a few hours. And my traps are tight as hell from the shrugs yesterday.
@T3hPwnisher if hard work and doms equals growth then this week has been a big success. Can’t wait to do it all again next week.

Those are looking pretty sharp! Yeah the feet are a little bit wide but not a huge deal for me. Try it a little bit closer. If wen can get the front rack sorted, that’s gonna make the most difference. You can see your elbows dropping at the turning point from dip to drive. That creates power leakage. Remind me to send you the stretches if I forget today.

What are your thoughts on the dip. Looking at the videos it looked like I am going a little too deep ?

maybe on a couple but generally the dip is looking good! Knees out, weight evenly on the feet.

Ok, so think about my feet position and fix the front rack. 2 basic things to work on. Good

Don’t forget big eating! We got it figured out.

Sometimes this is the hardest and least enjoyable part.

Holy crap log doms is next level today. Walked the dog this morning (Saturday) and then spend an hour washing one of the cars just to try and keep moving. Bending or squatting down is bad, I look like I am about 90 today. :joy:

Evidence of hard work. But probably a bit amusing to witness. :laughing:

Got a new NutriBullet the other day. The kids have already used it for smoothies, so I decided to use it for my afternoon protein shake today. 2 scoops of chocolate whey powder (50g of protein) a large banana, some ice and milk. About a pint (568 ml) of creamy chocolaty bananary goodness. I am feeling like this NutriBullet will become a key part to my weekend eating plan. Happy days

We have one of these and we love it. My vegitarian uses it everyday for protein smoothies.

I was wondering. Is this word specific to a certain type of candy or is this a general term for candy?

Avocado works too.

America = candy
Australia = lollies
UK = sweeties
