OK this cold is kicking my ass. Coughing so much my lungs feel like they are turned inside out. Still going to train later today which will make my misses roll her eyes for sure. Hoping some extra rest over the weekend and a little sunshine will help me get rid of it,

It isn’t too bad in terms of runny nose but my chest is very tight. Been using my inhaler to help with the breathing but it always seems way worse at night. It will go soon I am sure.
