- Practice and get better at log,
- Do some quick moving farmers at the gym, maybe even take my 55kg slam ball in the car and do some farmers into ball carry to mimik the keg.
- Increase the intensity of the conditioning to help with those max rep events.

Terrible night of no sleep. Knee was complaining a little and right hip was angry. Didnāt really matter what position I laid in, it just hurt. Fidgeted half the night and dozed off a few times. I am back to see the massage therapist tonight and hopefully with some needles and massage she can free everything up enough for me to get some sleep. Deload week next week, so will focus on lots of self massage and foam roller work and keep the weights light.
Honestly Nothing worse than an interrupted nights sleep mate. I find that just ONE bad night RUINS me for the next day.

Massage did the job, hip and quad both moving a little better this morning. Right knee is still bugging me but I dont think that will go away any time soon. Got a full night sleep last night, fell asleep quickly and slept right through to my alarm, 7 hours straight.

This was all just hard work. Deadlift was sore and sore. 70 x 5 for axle overhead with no leg drive was good. Body is sore and really needs a deload. Next week canāt come quick enough.
