Not a bad session. Really happy with overhead press, managed to at least squat something.
So it sounds like while you’re in the Surge challenges, your log is exclusive. This is part of trying to control the variables, I believe: you’re all-in on the specific program and supplement plan, so they’re reducing the “noise” a little in the logs

Slow and weak tonight. Had a lot no other stuff on my mind lately and knew going into this it wouldn’t be good. It is a deload week so it’s not a big deal.

Happy with this, 45 is always my measure of a decent Dumbell bench. So to get 8 smooth reps made me feel good.
So today is the day I become a whole year older overnight. It has worked out that this week is a deload week. This wasn’t planned it is just how the stars aligned. And today I a going to do something that I haven’t done in long time. I am going to do jack shit and I am not going to feel guilty about it. If I am being honest I am feeling pretty beat up all over so part of me knows I could use the recovery. Then there is normally that part of me that says just keep moving. This is the part that usually wins. It’s the part that doesn’t want to get older, the part that wont accept laziness or excuses. But today even that part is saying take a rest sir you deserve it.
