I am very glad I am not squatting today. Lower back is all kinda jacked up. Dont think is anything to worry about just soreness.

Forgot to post last night , just did 50 burpees to get in some movement. Lower back was really sore yesterday, it is still a little sore again today but still training tonight.

Chest and shoulder were burning. 1 extra rep, only 1 but it is still progress so I will take it.

My upper body was so sore and tight, I could barely get my arms back and under the bar to get in position. I was still happy with this. I knew tonight was going to be tough and just wanted to have a good go at it. Lower back really feeling these from the first rep. Called it at 12 when I probably had a couple more but if I did them I wouldn’t have come back and finished the rest.

Happy with tonight. I missed the squat but not because of any anxiety of mind games. The body was just fked. I as genuinely thinking yesterday that my back was rooted and I would not train today. It was still sore today but nowhere near as bad. Just gritted my teeth and got on with the work. Turns out the hardest part of the session was trying to get under the bar. My shoulders were totally locked up and I had zero mobility. Oh well that will teach me to add body weight.
Weight tonight was 92.6kg - 204 lbs - up just over a pound from last week but I know I was a little dehydrated today. Didn’t drink enough water through the day and had a couple of extra black coffees. Still getting heavier so happy overall.
Regardless, those are going to make you stronger simo! Keep up the good work!
Thanks Tim, that’s what I thought too, save my back to hit this harder on Monday but still get the reps overall tonight. 2 weeks or 6 sessions to go.
