Is there a particular reason for the order of exercises? Your back is already super fatigued I suppose before the OHP which will decrease performance. OHP First wouldn’t cause any fatigue that would be relevant for deads or squats.

Weight on waking 84.4kg, am going to start tracking this daily.
Have decided to get back on the creatine and DAA from today so will be interesting to see how it effects weight and performance over the next few weeks.

I just follow the program as set out. Squat, deads and bench is more of a focus for me right now. Hence prioritising these. It’s hard to focus on all 4 lifts at once so for now it’s last.!

I’m a big believer of the benefits of creatine,
It mainly helps me get through the working day though lol
Not so tired after work = more likely to go to the gym = one day might actually lift

I am hoping that will work for me too. And a few kilos of bloat would be ok too !!

Don’t be afraid to take some beta alanine too. I have a bottle of it that I’ll take as a pre workout. It’s the ingredient that makes your skin burn in most pre workouts. Research has shown that it works a lot like creatine and should be taken with it. The two together showed improved performance in repeat high intensity exercises (sprints, bike ergo meter, etc).

I think it is a no brainer for weight lifting too.

I have started taking a pre workout on my gym days that has both creatine and beta alanine as well as a few other things.

Energy?? I’ve never seen that on the nutrition label.

I cycle on and off of pre-workouts; I’m usually off of them. I’m a caffeine abuser anyway. I usually don’t get much from pre-workouts any more. But the experience of taking the ones with beta alanine seems to have tricked my brain. If my skin starts to burn/itch then I feel like it’s go-time. That’s the beta alanine kicking in.

It’s cheaper to buy the creatine and beta alanine separately and just take those compared to buying the pre-workout mixes. Don’t be afraid to consider going that route if you want to get off the caffeine mix or just want to save some money.

It’s Another way of showing calories, most food is Aus has kj on it (even on takeaway menus) basically devide by 4 to get calories
