Legs were sore from the burpee jump squats yesterday but the soreness didn’t effect the performance. These squats were pretty easy.

Legs were very sore from the burpee squat jumps yesterday. But it didn’t effect me at all. I am working under the premise that I have two bodies, a burpee (conditioning) one and powerlifting (gym) one and that they are mutually exclusive. I am going to keep pushing both of them in parallel.
In reality I only have one body and it is always sore but who cares.
Good last session for year, now to celebrate and recover with lots of good food.

Got in 100 burpees this afternoon to just move some blood around. Pace was just over 10 mins and didn’t feel too horrible. I am trying to make the 10 min per 100 pace a standard but I need to do a little more work to make this happen.
I am still sore from the @ChongLordUno challenge from Thursday, mostly in the legs but right knee is a little angry too.
Nice stuff there, brave of you to go straight to the concrete like that. Some people who shall not be named like to lay down lacy little pillows first.
