Not as nice as what @boilerman or @T3hPwnisher would eat and not as sugary as what @alex_uk would have. But I finished off the evening with a bowl of Greek yogurt mixed with salted caramel protein powder, with peanut butter and honey. Feel as full as an egg now.
Should have melted a bar of dairy milk and thrown that in there, or just eaten it as a side. You even bulking bro?!
I didn’t have any chocolate in the house. The kids have eaten it all. At least it will be Easter soon and I can eat all their eggs.

Great session body starting to feel better at last. Conditioning was really off. I have decided I am going to add some prowler (sled) work to the Thursday session. I need to get fitter and fatter at the same time.
How’s the hip feeling?
I don’t want to jinx it but hip feels good and right knee good was well. I still feel down on power and my lower back feels a little weak which is effecting my brace and confidence out of the bottom of the squat. Working without a belt or knee sleeves on the rep work to make me stronger. How is life in lock down?? My dad is hanging out for the gyms re opening.

First set double overhand, fingers losing grip on the last rep a little. Mixed grip for the other two sets. Solid reps really feeling it in my posterior.
