Good little post Christmas session. Still feeling a bit tired from the late nights and excitement of Christmas but still had a good session. This session was genuinely hard hard work. Breathing really hard after squats and lower back really tight.
Was this the rows or squats, or cos of the rows after squats? Go careful!
Tight back was from the last few squats which were more like good mornings. The rows tend to trash my hammies.
Spent a bit catching up - a smooth squat single at 352 and bench single at 264 - great work. Merry Christmas!

They were a little slow but legs and butt were very sore going into the gym. Technique was off so just used ugly strength to get it done. Lol
