Burning pain? Is that like sore muscle hopefully? I hear sometimes old people get problems with the connective tissue in the knees, you gotta be careful of that crap.
Also, you need to go out an get some full length compression tights to treat that kind of thing. Be sure to load pics.
Maybe with your singlet on too?
I think it’s likely a tendon issue, maybe a small tear, maybe a problem with the meniscus. It’s been like it for months. Some days worse that others. I am just ignoring it mostly !!
Burny sounds kinda inflammatory to me. Maybe nerve related if it can be described a bit more strongly like sickening pain. Probably joint or tendon related though. Can u leave home for physio?
No physio open mate. It’s no where near bad enough for me to consider any physio. It’s just a niggle really.
I have a similar recurring issue in my left knee (thanks, pistol squats), but I generally find I can ignore or work around it, as long as I don’t do dumb stuff like do Piggy style sumos.
It is most likely tendinitis or an ITB issue. The
Right leg gave me lots of ITB issues when I more at started running. I’m keep rolling this week and hopefully it will clear up. If not I will ignore it and it will go away.
This is what I was thinking. My knee pain was a result of my hip problems in early 2019. The cure was lots of tissue work. If I ignore it for awhile, it’ll creep back up on me. I guess it’s something I get to deal with for the long haul.

Core was a little shaky in these. That extra rep each set really made a different. That or I was just tired!
Massive session tonight. Took 1hr 50 and I wasn’t hanging around. Very tired by the end. Wife cooked a home made ham hock minestrone soup so that made me feel better.
