@alex_uk and @dagill2 yes they call them sour straps here. The kids made the cake with mum so they just added the stuff they like. LOL
I use them as intra workout nutrition, love them so easy to smash the carbs and you know they absorb fast (pretty sure they absorb directly through my teeth the way it makes them feel!) And spike insulin - perfect anabolic carbs!

So with all the stuff going in with home schooling, work, family, new puppy and training it would be fair to say that life has been a little more stressful than usual lately. I seem to have lost a little weight over the last few weeks. Only 1-2kg but enough for me to notice. I don’t know if it’s the extra walking with the pup or just life but the weight is moving in the wrong direction. So it’s time to pull my socks up and start eating properly. Thanks to something @T3hPwnisher said in another thread, it looks like the yogurt with protein powder, peanut butter and honey will be making a regular comeback.
I am also going to start throwing the weight vest on for my morning dog walks to get the extra conditioning benefits. This will mean I have to eat even more… bring on the burgers.

That is sort of the plan for the end of this year. Only really held back because I wanted to compete at under 90kg. Looks like comps will be down the toilet for this year anyway so might as well get bigger and stronger and drop back under 90 next year.

I mixed avocados in whenever I really wanted to add some calories. Not sure what the availability is for those in the land down under. They mush pretty well into a paste.
