Good news - I’m not strong all. That still seems like a weird set-up; I might try it on something lighter if I’m having trouble getting under the bar.
If I can’t get feeling ok on this, I’ll probably just do front squats until I’m back at the regular gym with the SSB.

Another great session. Still feeling a little under the weather but still smashed it.
Took the pup ‘Joey’ for a walk this morning and he found a tiny teddy bear. Picked it up, carried it home and played with it all day. Nothing cuter than a puppy with a tiny teddy bear !!
There’s a joke to be made here about how some sad little girl is now missing her sweet little bear and crying her little face off, but I won’t mention it.
