Say one has depression and always feels tired… Would it be better to seek TRT or depression meds??? :thinking:

Depends on your t levels. With what I know today, I would definitely get it checked. It’s one possible answer or at least something to rule out.

Especially if the depression persists for a very long time and it’s hard to find a cause.

Mate it is amazing how quick he is growing. 2 weeks ago he was tiny, now he barely fits on my lap.

Have we seen video footage yet? This is ridiculous! Now that I in fact do regular unilateral leg work on a regular basis, I find this all the more disgusting.

Posted a vid a few weeks back and got flammed by @guineapig for not going deep enough :joy::joy:
All I know is they hurt and I don’t like them. It’s nearly 2 house after training and my legs are still throbbing !!
