Booked in a remedial massage for Wednesday next week. Next week is a mini deload so figured it was a good week to get a massage. I still think its kinda weird to ask someone to massage your butt (glutes), it is also going to likely be extremely painful !! This may not be a fun day.

Just looked back at pics of me last year at about the same weight, deff think I have more size in the legs and back.
Had a quick look back at what I was lifting this time last year and oh boy what a difference. Last year 105 x 5 was a 10 RPE. On Thursday this week 107.5 x 8 was a 5 RPE.
Week to week it feels like the progress is slow but when you look back a little longer it is clear to see.
First day of summer and it is freezing and rainy !! End of hear karate family day is at the water park which isn’t exactly great. Water slides are deff less fun when it is 16c !!
In the plus side my daughter got a trophy for the second year running. She was sooo happy and deserves it for all her hard work. Happy days (even if I am freezing !!)
