-You insulted yourself with the homeless girl thing.

-I said i would bench 350 for him as I have before, and LOL at you trying to insult me seeing as though you dont comprehend well.

-Dont see whats funny about Bodyguard coming to lift, i dont give a fuck who comes to lift with me as its almost always better.

-Yes im quad dominant, meaning more pressure is put on my quad causing them to grow moreso than the glutes (which is why i do specific glute only work along with lower weighted squats with higher reps 3x8 285-300). And yea i get paid to model new underwear brands (or at least i have been). I’ve actually got a swimwear runway show coming up on the 9th.

-Yes like i said i have done 400 for 1 a couple times at the peak of my squat workout. and if he comes to workout with me besides chest day he will see.

-Yes i did have to edit my post because i wrote “didnt” instead of “did” but im sure by the context everyone knew what i was saying so its pretty much a joke on you being so petty as to try to make that some point of yours

-Yes i spelled Pudzianowski wrong and had a quoted question mark…dont see the problem but you have no life and are trying to make it one.

-No, i did not compare Pudzianowski to anyone…i was just saying what HolyMac said…Powerlifting is not an excuse to become fat, and i used him as an example of someone who is really strong but still very disciplined with diet.

I think its pretty obvious that you are a loser with no life…trying to pick up homeless girls. Now thats something to really LOL about.

I dunno why i let this thread get to me, I even told my friends and this girl ive been hookin up with about me having an account on this site(they all called me gay for belonging to a site that has unapologetic muscle building elitists as the motto, but they dont understand) and getting called out.

Oh one more LOL to the old broad telling me to ask a stranger to hold a video camera in the gym to tape myself. OP if you’re really trying to get proof and wont believe whoever comes to my gym and witnesses it, I will pick you up from the airport if you buy a plane ticket to philadelphia and you, bodyguard, the kid with donovan mcnabb as his avatar (his profile says philly so i included him), and I will workout at LA Fitness City Ave.

I believe you have done both lifts. I think if you did them today you might miss both lifts by a bit, epsecially the squats given your plethora of excuses about it.

The one thing I find sad is your bench is equal to both your deadlift and squat. I wouldn’t even want to pretend that is true.

What does my opinion matter though, good luck clearing your name.

Hey I have a question for all you douchers. I don’t deadlift all the time, but at one point in the recent past, i.e. over the past 2 years, I wanted to work my way up to see what I could really pull. So I did 3 weeks of getting into the move, started with like 200 on the bar and just did reps of like 5 or 6 or whatever I felt like. Then on the 4th week, I warmed up and put 250 on the bar, did a single no problem. Decided to throw 50 more on, got it no problem. Now that is all the weight I had available to me, but it really felt heavy, but not much of a problem to lift. How good is a 400Lb deadlift? Is 500 like amazing for a non PL’er? I think I could easily get 400 in a month or two and probably get 500 by the end of 2010. I need to go and buy a couple more 45 lb plates and start working up from the 300lbs I have now. Due to financial circumstances I am taking a year off golf, not joining a golf club or anything. Not playing in my league. I figured I already have the home gym, and i’ll need something to occupy me that doesn’t cost any money. Might as well can the stay in shape routine and work on getting bigger and stronger for a year.

My basic question is if someone can pull 300 with little problem on thier 4th deadlift session, is that above average, do I have good potential in the lift? I know I have very poor potential in the bench, I’m just not strong in it. Squats I’m ok at but Iv’e never tried to max as like I said I have a home gym with no spotter.

Oh and I am not going to post any video or pictures, you will have to just believe me when I say I do it. Mkay!

I did pretty much the same thing and pulled 500 about a year later, it’s certainly doable.

I’m calling SA out on underwear modeling. pics or gtfo.

I spend all of 15 seconds [waiting at a red light no less] offering a cute homeless chick a place to stay and all of a sudden that’s what I spend my free time doing.

As for squats, hams and glutes tend to respond better to heavy weight and low reps. It seems that quads respond better to higher rep squats, so good job fixing your problem.

Pudzianowski is a strongman. Completely different than powerlifting. If you want to use the ‘powerlifting isn’t an excuse to get fat’ thing, use kroczaleski as an example. Also, if you had even the slightest clue about powerlifting, you’d know that a very strict diet (one strict enough to keep visible abs) decreases strength. You’d also know that mass (fat mass or lean mass) moves weight.

I guess you should also know that Pudzianowski has said that his diet includes tons of bacon and chocolate. Like… pounds of each per day. So I don’t think he’s such a good example to use for the “very strong and still very disciplined with diet.”

Is “you have no life” all you can come up with?

For the love of everything holy, no.

Why the hell is SA getting all the attention?

Where the fuck is Rocky anyway? I don’t think he’s responded to his texts from tonight thread since new years…

If he’s in jail, I wonder who he used his one call to say happy new years to.

What difference does it make? This is a BODYBUILDING FORUM and the kid looks better than 90% of people on here.

If I went on a quilting forum and boasted about how awesome and warm my quilts were, but I couldn’t really make a really awesome quilts, isn’t that kind of lame?

He also stated he doesn’t want to look like a bodybuilder. I called him out because he’s a beach muscles guy, and I don’t think he can squat 400lbs. Simple as that.

Sickabs, I think we started off on the wrong foot. Can we be facebook friends?

I don’t want to get into the definition of what a bodybuilder is. Anyhow I doubt many people on here are competitive bodybuilders yet they are bodybuilding in some kind of way. I’ll rather looks decent and fuck more bitches than be fatter and lift a little more weight.

Obviously not a reasonable request due to distance, but I’d place $25 in the travel ticket pot for the ticket. Just sayin.

Reminds me of the time some memebers of T-Nation trolled the shit outta quilting forum.
That was the definition of legendary.
