No. You can’t duplicate the exact effect with regular food. Speed of absorption, amino acid profile, effect on insulin, ratio of electrolytes. You can get okay results with normal food, but you can’t duplicate the same effects as PLAZMA

Glycerine or Glycerol will do. It pull in water, just like carbs (without the risk of spilling over) . So it dries you up while making you look fuller and more vascular

It depends on how your body reacts to creatine. If it make you hold subcutaneous water, stop it about 6 days out. If you don’t retain water outside the muscles and it only make your muscles fuller, keep it in all the way until 1 day out
