I think shoe should remain for body comp and celery for bone density.
There should be a third indicator for separating muscle mass from other forms of non- bone lean body mass (e.g., water)
I don’t know, but apparently if you eat enough garlic you can accurately estimate your boner density.

While all people use a dipping/chinup belt to add weight to dips and chins, I find other ways to use it. I don’t even have a dip station or a chin bar. I hit the playground for that stuff on my drive to the store.

Whatever it was, 550lbs is heavy for about every lift but leg press. Not sure why you tagged me though, tbh. If you need someone to put a chip on your shoulder, I’m pretty good at that. Though, you dont seem to be the type who needs it (thats a compliment).
How many stalks of celery did you have to huff so you could heave your hoe?

I don’t do even close to the 16 stalks T3 once ate, and I would never, ever do that, actually the most I’d ever eat is two and I don’t think I would even do that really.

Yup, ROM is what it is and I’m a short little man so the plates are wider than my leg span. One thing I can try is maybe stand on some 45s to get a tad more ROM.
But that’s why I do deficit farmers deads.
I’ve seen a few people stand on a small platform for those pins. Its just an all around awkward position due to the plates/vertical pin. No really great way to lift it.
If you read one of Arnold’s books I believe it was the Education of Bodybuilder this shows some type of comp they did in his country and it’s a big platform for full ROM.
It’s been a long time since I had that book, I recall him saying he did 500 in it.
It might be called Ukrainian dead lift.
Since the load is compact and directly under the lifter it is a great way to build more of the prime movers without the low back stress that will hold most of us back.

BTW, I found the one on google with Arnold, that was a stone lift of 508 it has some type of handle on it and it’s a wide stone at that.
