Also, a little tid bit. The Mighty Atom did not eat meat.
He got people very pissed off because the meat company wanted him to do a meat commercial saying he got his strength from meat like some other strongmen. He refused to do that.
His Rushia circus mentor also wasn’t a meat eater and that’s where Atom learned how to eat.
Atom did his strength shows into his 80s.
Just saying. I am a meat eater, but I’m not and don’t plan to practice the hunter gather pure carnivore diet.
RAW garlic though is amazing!
