I like to manipulate my facebook algorithm from time to time just to mess with the virtual image it has of me. Now I’m getting tons of t-shirt stuff even though I’m like a black t-shirt and jeans from walmart type.

Just wanted to post an update to the stray. We took her to the shelter that provides a stray to foster program so she gets screen for heartworms, other parasites, and gets fixed for free (well the adoption cost covers this)! She’s with me on a 5 day holding period which allows for her “owner” to claim her. Her name is now Honey
Luckily she came back negative for heartworms and other nasty stuff and just needs to be fixed! So in 5 days, I’ll be her foster! She came back home and claimed my laundry pile as her home (don’t judge me, it’ll get folded one day)

Haha. I played when I was in high school and then I tore my de quervain’s tendon at a bjj practice. Had to take a break, never really picked it up again but I’ve been tinkering here and there

I came home from work yesterday to find husband cleaning up the end of the driveway and mailbox area, where the town plows have left a mess. This pic is from Christmas Eve, but this was also the scene in the street last night and it was so freaking cute and happy-making. I’m stunned I didn’t post the pic already. Anyway, Louie and husband (“I’m not ready for a dog” and “it’s not my deal”) plowing:

She’s doing really well! Unfortunately my sister has to watch her this weekend because it’s Mardi Gras in Nola so she’s a little sketched out but it’s still better than being trapped in the vet. I will say though this is single handily the dog with the most vile shit. It’s made me have to mask up and my sister throw up. Luckily she’s catching onto potty training quick

This honestly got a laugh out of me, but I really am sorry you’re dealing with it! I agree with Beth that it’ll probably get better as she adjusts to the changes.
