I love this thread.
Yeah M77, he’s a great cat; wish mine was bigger.
A12, that’s a sweet looking boy.
Genesis. Not really sure what mix she is. 6 years old. Tons of sass, best car riding dog ever.
Saki. Also 6 years old. Setter mixed with something else I’m not sure. Terrified of Thunder and firecrackers, and has recently become a new mommy. She’s quite fancy, and likes crossing her legs.

Titus. Blue Nose Pit. Afraid of cats that aren’t his one cat friend. He’s a giant baby, and gets ruthlessly bossed around by our girl dogs. Doesn’t like my stepdad, and HAS to follow you around. Wherever you go. He’s currently 1 year
Donatello. 3 years old. American Shorthair. He’s quite small, but very mysterious. Has full on conversations with you, and every night request that you pick him up and hold him for at least 10 mins. He is also our Pit’s one and only cat friend.
I have no idea what you’re talking about.
In unrelated news, Cookie was Wonder Woman this year.

Oh boy! I reeeeeeeealy want a blue nose pit, most likely female (not breeding, protection instinct) for my next pooch.
They just seem like such funny, energetic goofballs.
They’re absolutely wonderful!
Only thing I’d suggest is to just give them enrichment things to do. Male or female they tend to act out if not stimulated.
Our male will start to act out a bit if we don’t do our usual stimulation stuff. Soon as we either run him a bit, or do reward type stuff involving toys or snacks, he’ll settle down.
This little black hellion is Wolfe. He unfortunately had to be euthanized earlier this week after suddenly getting a complete urinary tract blockage.
He was 2.5 years old. He had feline pica and some other behaviour issues, but he was absolutely my buddy. He played fetch (yes, fetch. Like a dog) and soccer, make crazy noises and did parkour off walls, loved to wrestle, and always wanted to snuggle. I will miss him dearly.
Hug your pets today and make their lives great. You never know when they might suddenly vanish.
Aw man that’s awful. My heart goes out to you. Looked like a mischievous little fella.
My dog looks a lot like those guys. He’s a Havanese. And a real ferocious ankle biter.
What are doing for tear stains? My Havanese gets them bad.
Here’s the conversation I just had with my Wife:
Does Javi still get those tear stains?
Yeah
Do you clean them everyday?
No
How come I don’t notice them anymore?
Either because you’re used to it or because his bangs cover them.
Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
I’m not sure what we do differently as they just never seem to get them. We feed them kibble 75% of the time but that’s it.
Zeus (this is where he sleeps)… perhaps the least friendly cat of all time. Does have odd/ eccentric characteristics, will be friendly if it’s on his terms/if he feels like irritatingly jumping and clawing at you/ walking up to and/or on you’re face at 4am, poking you’re head/back/feet late at night.
Waffle (this is her as a puppy, she’s a norweighen elkhound) she turned out to be a very friendly, adorable, cuddly and affectionate dog. Will still sit on me at times (doesn’t realise that she is quite large, so if I’m watching tv and she sits on me it obscures my view) and start poking me (all our animals have a unique characteristic in which they’ll poke you for attention) however waffle will do it for a solid 30 minutes (no joke)… which is especially irritating when I’m trying to sleep (she sleeps on my bed with me, but sometimes sprawls vertically across the middle of my bed, so I reacclimate by sleeping on a tiny corner of my bed because she is king frogglyschmoogle.
I have another dog named Wuzzy (will post pics when I get some, will also post current pics of waffle)
Also have a few sheep (live on a farm, will post pics when I can) and we are getting a ton of chickens
If you have a very active dog (mine would need more exercise after a 3 mile run some days), a tennis court can be your best friend. Took Alfie for some fetch today, he is just crazy fast. Love it.
