I tweaked my shoulder a couple of months back. It wasn’t painful, not like a tear, but it’s still sore and kinda “pops” when doing certain movements, standing BB Curls, flat bench & seated rows seem to be the worst.
I’m getting my rx for an x-ry from my gp.
I was wondering if anyone has had similar issues, and if there are are any isometric exercises that are recommended so I can continue training until I find out whats going on.
