I’ve been using 20mg/dbol a day to kick start my cycle, I’m on my 3 week and have only seen 6 pounds, should i up the dose???My test-C show kick in soon I’ve done 6 injections 200mg/shot, but i want to get as much mass from the dbols as possible. Suggestions???
I like to use it at about 50-60 mg/day. I find that works best for me. some people may consider it a bit much.
I’m using right now @ 40 mg/day and I’m getting good results. I wouldn’t hurt to bump it up to @ least 30 and see what happens
Hey dirty, haha, I’m doing a 30mg/day dbol kickstart on a Test E cycle right now and am at the end of the 2nd week. I’ve gained about 3kg (6 pounds) so far too.
Try upping it to 30mg/day bro. That should give you some more mass.
What brand of dbol are you using? How long you kickstarting for?
Honestly the less you can use to get the results the better. My very first cycle I used only 20mg/day and had great results and didnt really lose anything when i came off.

Totally. I’m just using a bigger dose because I’m impatient. ![]()
I personally like about 40mg/day for the frist 3-4 weeks. Any more than that and the gains arent that much better and i find myself much more angry.

I’m was going to kickstart for 4weeks but now i’m thinking 6 weeks. Right Now I’m using 5mg Naps, but i might change to 10mg Methanabol British Dragon…I’ve never used British Dragon Dbols before anybody use them???

I think the better question is “does anybody still have them?” I only used 25mg/day the first time I used dianabol and had good results. The second time around, I had to up the dosage to 40mg/day to see those same results. In other words, it’s a tricky drug. Also consider that drastic gains from dianabol will be mostly fluid and temporary. Your better, more permanent gains will come from your Test Cyp, so long as your PCT is effective.

This fellow was contemplating upping his dosage after three weeks because he wasn’t seeing results.
Let’s assume that training and diet are in order (Big assumption, I know). And let’s also assume that AAS experience is nill for either candidate.
Would it matter what a person’s body mass was?
Is a 250lb guy going to reap the same benefits from 30mg/day as a 180lb trainee?
My first D-bol cycle I did 30mgs per day for 8 weeks stacked with test e and I had really good results. I’m 2 weeks into my second cycle and I’m doing 40mgs a day and, FOR ME, 40 seems to works better. I’d bump to 30 a day and see how it works for you.

Yes, that information is totally relevant but honestly, we’re just talking about a little dbol for a kick period. Which is why I’m going to post the following anyway:
I only had 50mg tabs last time so I went with it and it was just fine. The back pumps were a bitch though. I don’t think for a short kick start that upping your dose to 30, 40 50 or even 60 would be considered a risk. I would just double it to 40 to maximize your potential results and don’t sweat it too much. Use an AI though ok?

After a week it just didn’t seem like it was getting the job done so I went up to 40mg -still over 6 dosings.
Now 14 days into a 28 day “kick-start” while also running test cyp @ 250mg E3D…
I’m just not satisfied with the results -at least thus far.
I’m confident in the supplier. I do see evidence of limited effectiveness -but honestly unless something drastic occurs in the next 14 days -this “kick-start” will have been for nought.
I wasn’t putting all my eggs in the Dbol basket…but I was hoping for SOMETHING out of the effort (and hepa-tox).

Hmmm, you sure of how confident you are in your supplier? I had incredible results from just 30mgs a day of dbol and it was apparent just about immediately. If you are not experiencing anything, you might want to take an honest look at who you are getting your stuff from, or who he is getting it from.

I’m with Cortes on this one.
I took some Dbol this past summer. I weighed in right at 210 and this is when I was fitness modeling so I was pretty lean, and I got along just great with 30mg per day. I worked out at night too, so that might have given it more time to “build up.”
I used the “blue hearts”… my understanding is those are hard to get now. Not sure if anyone else knows of them.
It seems to me that in order for dbol to most effective you need to be really sure to space it through the day… maybe that’s why my night workouts were so effective…
Im taking 25mgs a day this is my first time using d-bol and im one week into it. Im not really that impressed although i have to say that i do feel slight results. Im going to continue the 25mgs a day for this cycle next time ill be using 40mg though.

I’ve heard nothing but good things about the product, so it’s no wonder you were pleased.
And Cortes, I’m confident in the supplier in that I do know there is active ingredient contained in the product. I’m also aware of minimal gains size-wise (full-look, fluid ret, back pumps) but not much is happening in the strength department (so why bother).
I’m going to jump up to 60mg/day and run that for a week -if there’s not significant ‘return’ on that investment I’ll simply dump the product altogether and wait for the Cyp to begin producing results.
I was hesitant to even run the Dbol from the outset. From what I remembered it didn’t do much for me back in the 80’s while my training partners just ‘blew-up’ on the stuff.
That’s always nice…watching your training partners rocket past you in size and strength. But I caught 'em…oh I did catch them -and then some ![]()
