The typical dose is .25 x2 week. However, my personal experience and what other forums indicate is you can take up to 1mg daily. Start low and go by how you feel. I took the higher dose by accident the first week and felt fantastic. Mind cleared and energy jumped. My E is high, and am obviously having high conversion of T to E. YMMV

You’re the only one making assumptions. When I ask questions, LIKE I DID, it’s to find out answers so I or someone else can better help his situation. I never assumed the OP knows one way or another about an AI. My motive was to help the OP with his issues. Period. It wasn’t to push an evil anti-AI agenda. I ask out of the box questions, because sometimes it gets people to think outside of the immediate scope of their questions. There was no “run around”. You really should get off of your high horse, and stop belittling people just because they may not agree with you.
How long does AI take to sort of stabilize so you can go get levels tested and maybe tweak your dosage?
10 days to a steady state, but changes in E2 can still occur long after a steady state is achieved.

Blah blah blah. He didn’t ask you for your opinion on AI and E2 levels. He is already doing doing EOD dosing, already is on a lower end TRT dose even though over 100, and clearly states he can’t escape high E2.
Plus like I said everyone’s individual number of E2 they can tolerate is different. You, me, or he won’t know until he tries this.
