I am talking of deload and taking a week of, because i will chang from bulk to cut?

i have a feeling your alright in not taking a deload

No. Worry about deloads when you are deadlifting like 500lbs!

(Saying that deloads are programmed into some 5/3/1 templates so if following that program do as written)

Now i am eating 2000 kcal a day. And training 3 days a week. To go down in weight and get rid of some muclemass.

But do i have to eat 2 gram pr musclemass or bodyweight?

eh??

You gotta exercise everyday If You want to lose weight. Like until you’re sweating. When I cut to lose 15 lbs in 10 weeks I exercised everyday, sometimes twice. 3x/week won’t cut it. Bicep curls and triceps extensions won’t cut it. Bike or walk for at least 30 min. Don’t worry about muscle mass you don’t have much to lose.

Believe it or not you’re a novice with way too much information causing some poor choices. That’s probably how you got so fat. That’s okay too! you’re trying to learn so don’t get discouraged.

SORRY! I mean bodyfat haha

Talking of bodyfat sorry

Ok thanks! But my goal is now to get rid of my fat, because i have way to much after i bulked for like 6 weeks, so i need to cut now. 2k kcal a day and i train like 45 min a day/3 times a week? Wont that cut?

Cardio etc i really dont like

couldn’t you just eat a caloric deficit every day?

I can’t really sign off on this. It’s not a terrible suggestion to workout more, but honestly man, I’m WAY leaner than you are, and I only go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. Sometimes less. Building muscle mass and eating properly are the 2 most important factors in getting lean. Spending lots and lots of time in the gym sweating isn’t particularly effective.

I do agree that bicep curls and tricep extensions as the basis of a program will not help him reach his goals either.

I’m a firm believer that a very basic program centered around compound movements, combined with a solid nutritional plan, is the way to go for most relatively healthy adults.

I think diet is what got him into this predicament.

and it’ll be what gets him out

Well good thing you’re not my boss

So why don’t you give him a detailed breakdown of his daily nutrition and macros. Then you can explain nutrient timing, and the importance of pre intra and post work out nutrition. And he has to want to eat that way so make sure it’s only food he will eat.

Or he could get moving everyday and save is all some time.

Plus this guy seems like a minor.

I use a app called MyfitnessPal now and there i log EVERYTHING i eat, so the food is not the problem.

Give us a sample of what you eat daily

U know when u are cutting and are eating protein? Is it 2 gram protein pr musclemass? Or is it 2 gram protein pr bodyweight?
