I REALLY liked Dolphs portrayal of the Punisher in that movie, even if the movie was a little over the top cheesy. The scene that sold it for me was when the Yakuza boss was leaving him on the torture table and he yells to her “Hey! …have a nice day”. Just kinda captured the attitude.
I’m excited about the Netflix series. I thought his appearance in Daredevil was pretty solid.
Starting Strength was really easy in my first training session when I squatted 115 for 3x5 and deadlifted 135 for 1x5. In fact the program was easy for three weeks. Then it got real. I now squat 225 for 3x5 and deadlift 275 for 1x5, at a body weight of 160. That shit is fucking hard for me. Oh, and did I mention I’ve only been following the program for 5 weeks? How much have you added to your squat in the past 5 weeks? Did I also mention I’ve gained muscle and no body fat?
Seriously, you’re not even following the programs, then quitting them because you didn’t see results. It will take YEARS to get to where you want to be. Not weeks, not months. YEARS
