When cruising should I continue arimidex? I’m on 5th week of cruising.
This is an opinion thing. IMO, your cruise should be used to get blood markers and overall health good for a period of time. AIs aren’t healthy. My lipids and liver values are worse on them. Basically, I would lower the dose first before using an AI in most cases. Maybe if you are one of the guys that just converts a ton, you may need it. I think you probably need to do some cruise blood work. If you don’t have any high E2 symptoms go ahead and try without an AI.
