Shipping Time From UK to USA

does anyone know how long it approxamitly takes to ship / mail something from the UK to USA?

The link is for shipping something by boat.
Mailing can vary depending on the season and size etc of the parcel, why not just call up Royal Mail and ask them for air freight durations and costs?

My very un-scientific answer is, took about 4 or 5 days to get my bands from elitefts.com and took about the same time to get Jason Wojo’s DVD from the states as well.

Took about two weeks to stop crying when I saw the customs charge for the bands though…still get ripped off even with the crazy exchange rate.
